Lovely, cozy, and accessible to everything.
The hosts were very good at communicating the instructions to get in. The location was great, right across from the parking garage, in a nice walkable area accessible to everything. Despite how busy the street is, the room very very quiet and we slept so well in the comfy bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, although I couldn’t figure out the espresso machine ? The living room was a bit dark due to limited windows inside, but we didn’t mind because we were there to hang out in the city, and the roof deck was awesome.
We couldn’t figure out how to work the garbage disposable so the sink was clogged by the end of the weekend. My kids slept in the living room and ended up with a number of mosquito bites somehow. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great location and good space but tired interior.
Great location right in the old town. Good size apartment. We had a big balcony which was nice. The kitchen has plenty of things in it to use. Very comfy bed.
Some of the interiors are quite tired and well used. The bathroom could do with some updating and the balcony window/door was quite rusted and wouldn't close properly. Obviously because it's in the middle of the old town it allows a lot of noise in if it can't be closed properly. The floors could have been cleaner too.

Overall very well located and had all the basic amenities.
Great location! Good directions and easily found the place.
Kitchen could have been better stocked (like 1 good knife) and some shelves in room falling apart.

So close to everything, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Appreciated being able to store my bags at the beginning and end of my stay.

Hidden gem in perfect location.
Very clean and spacious, the apartment has a very charming old style (very pretty) and has been clearly renovated - everything is very modern, incl. the bathroom. It is located in the heart of San Juan, easy to walk everywhere. We appreciated the proximity to supermarket, restaurants, even a CVS. The additional sofa chair in the main bedroom is super comfortable! Communication with the owner was good, instructions for keys were clear, and he was very helpful throughout the stay. We would come back immediately!
Nothing, just small things that could be improved: hand soap was missing in the bathroom and a full-body mirror would be great. And as others mentioned: there is a parking garage opposite the building (depending on which apartment you book) and you can continuously hear the beeping. Bring ear plugs if you have a light sleep!
