Excellent location, beautiful suite with everything we needed.
Location, location, location. Right near Plaza Colon downtown, but still quiet in our inside room.
Little or no hot water.

Overall great but a warm shower would have been nice .
Kitchen access , comfy beds , nice staff.
No hot water in the shower , bummer after a long day of travel.

Great, but could be better if the room is vented.
It's a very neat hotel at a super convenient location in the heart of Old San Juan. The hosts are friendly and professional and helped us store our luggage before we depart. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lounge/kitchen area is convenient for a cup of coffee or if you need to be on a Zoom call.
There was no ventilation for the room or the bathroom, so it was very moist the whole time we stayed. Smelled wet too.

Better than a hotel room.
Luggage store, helpful staff, comfy bed, private bathroom, ceiling fan so the air kept moving with the air con off (I don’t like air con), excellent location.

Comfortable and what we needed it to be.
Comfortable bed and nice staff.
The bathroom was very small and the walls are quite thin so the noise outside the bedroom door (which is pretty close to the reception and directly where people are walking in and out) was pretty loud at points.
