Excellent stay.
Great location, superb staff. Complimentary afternoon tea is definitely a plus point.
Bed and pillow is too soft. The lighting in the lobby and foyer is too dark.

Clean rooms.
Location is great within the city wall, easily walking distance to drum tower, lots of eating places nearby. Concierge is great, helped us to book tours and shows, and exceptionally prompt in answering all our queries. Breakfast is great with variety. All the staff worked super hard to make our stay enjoyable.
Room is smaller than other hotels we stayed in China, general feeling of the hotel is dark and moody, which kinda depressing, maybe it's a trend, because Westin which we stayed in also feel the same way. I'm not sure why very high reviews are from?

Excellent location, interesting food streets around and near to Drum Tower and Ancient Wall. The front desk team is excellent and highly attentive to our needs.
