Comfort family stay.
Location and size of both rooms.
Room card does not have access to carpark when entering the carpark. One lift out of three lifts wasn’t working and with 40 floors it was high traffic.

Due to our commitments we didn’t have the time to appreciate the facilities.
Location , value.
Due to events Anzac eve footy and Dawn service we are only going to be at the property for about 5 hrs , tried twice on the phone prior to lock in a later check out , both could not confirm . When we checked in at 11 it wasn’t a problem . Directions for the car park were not clear , didn’t advise which parks could be used or not so had to move car . Even though we finally managed to get an 11 checkout when we got back at 10.45 to check out they had not updated our card so we got stuck in higher floors until we could get down with someone else back to reception . Female staff on reception and over phone are not welcoming or helpful ,.

Overnight stay was great. Bathrooms were beautiful. Beds and pillows were so comfortable.
Property location was great, room upgrade was beautiful. The staff were lovely and friendly.
Parking spaces are very tight, only made for small cars. Room was dusty ( skirting boards, tvs, table).
