Amazing!
Carole & Joe are amazing hosts. We have arrived on the Christmas Eve and have been invited for the Christmas cocktails party. It was such of nice evening. Also during all stay we had nice little surprises. Watercolours B&B it was our right choice to stay to explore mid and south part of island.
Nothing. Only we felt like mattress is too soft for our sleep but this personal preferences.

One of the most comfortable and beautiful properties I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.
Breakfast was superb, taken in the library or outside with a stunning view over Hamilton harbour. Cafetiere coffee, orange juice, cereals, then fresh fruit, yoghourt, a choice of homebaked goods, which changed on a daily basis. Special requests also catered for although what was on offer was most delicious and quite enough for me! Carole and Jo welcome guests into their home away from home and there is seriously nothing they haven't thought of to make for a worry free stay and one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed in. Scrupulously clean and many little extras you would not necessarily expect (eg ice machine, honesty bar etc). My room was sumptuous and again spotless, ceiling fan and air conditioning were super quiet. Simply the best and I would stay again in a heartbeat!
There was absolutely nothing I would change. It was all wonderful.

Wonderful views and setting, delightful rooms and engaging hosts. ..would return again and again. s.
The location was ideal for travel to Hamilton as ferry stop is minutes away. Able to reach all points of interest by public transportation(all staff incredibly helpful and friendly) or by taxi. Some roads very narrow making walking on them for long distances as many don't have sidewalks.
Continental Breakfasts were very nice and varied but devoid of any protein. Adding hardboiled eggs, smoked salmon, would have made them perfect.
