Absolutely magical with many new memories made.
The views were stunning, beautiful pool and great to have a pool table as an extra.
I honestly couldn’t fault anything.

A great location for a relaxing vacation. We would stay again.
Quiet and convenient location, spacious and well equipped.
The Pool wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We found the beds very hard, but appreciate that others would like them this way.

Lovely well kept Villa.
Lovely clean spacious 3 bedroom private villa. Less than 10 minute drive down to the harbour front with restaurants, shops, and boat excursions. Lovely clean pool for the whole family to enjoy. You will need a car to get around. The kids and grandparents enjoyed some TV time with netflix in the evening after lots of swimming. There's an outdoor pool table and bbq area to enjoy. The cleaning ladies came half way through our stay to give the villa a quick clean and give us fresh linen.
The pool chemicals destroyed swimwear and turned them all green. We did have alot of rubbish and the bin outside the back was not big enough. I was concerned about rubbish bags lying outside in the hot sun. Might benefit putting out two bins for when a larger family stay.

we had great time but the Villa needs upgrading to get the 9-10 score.
Location was really great, 5min drive from the nearest Latchi beach (Plaga) ,5 min drive form Latchi Harbor that have lots of cool restaurants and 10 min.drive from Baths of Aphrodite and blue lagoon , the villa was very clean the pool was great and the kitchen was fully. equipped.
The maintenance of the villa itself was medium and its a shame because its very nice place, the pool area needed work, the sun chairs were old and part broken, thy outside sync was not working, the outside shower was very hot, need to put shade above, pool towels were not provided, bath towels were very old and lost their softness, the water flow in the 2 showers was weak and the sync got floated, they were ants in the kitchen, nothing was provided not even toilet paper or trash bags, there was no direct # to call in case you need anything , only some company # at UK and they were calling the house manager, they were nice but didnt help much, ,there was air conditioner only in the bedrooms not in the living room and its very very hot at July.

Perfect for a family stay.
we went for Greek Easter. The villa was very clean and tidy. It was perfect being in between Latchi and Neo Chorio. Loved the olive trees around the villa. The maintenance man was very friendly. We had fresh towels and the baby cots and high chair helped a lot! Couldn’t fault the villa :).
There was nothing that we didn’t like.
