Beauty, history and fantastic service, all wrapped up in one hotel.
The breakfast was outstanding for the price. The location was right in the heart of the Old Town, and the staff were brilliant and helpful (particularly Elena). The decor was stunning. It was a joy to stay there.
There was some light pollution in our room because there were windows without blinds or shutters. So, the sunlight came streaming into the bedroom in the morning. Also, the shower drain would fill back to the bathroom drain and flood the floor if we showered for too long. Which was a shame as the shower itself was fantastic. Minor details as the hotel is wonderful.

loud, uncomfortable beds and worse pillows, no blackout curtains in windows or in hallway glass over doors meant light all night.
