Convenient and clean hotel with good size rooms, let down by the external noise through the night.
Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel, opposite the central station, was perfect for our purposes.
The hotel is located in a very noisy area. Even in the early hours of Sunday morning there was constant noise that there was no way to block out. For that reason I would not recommend this hotel for more than one night and only for those requiring the central station (our room was located on floor 1 at the front of the hotel - other rooms might be quieter).

Great location, friendly staff and the roof terrace is top class.
Property was very clean and staff were polite and friendly.
I stayed in a room which was right on the road , room 210 so was noisy all day and night but for 2 nights it was bearable.

Great hotel, brilliant staff and lovely food, but desperate location.
Staff and how clean it was.
Location, although the location was perfect for the train station. The surrounding area was desperately poor, rubbish in the street, homeless people (I’m not judging) the police were ever present and we never felt unsafe, but if your looking for a bit more up market then head down towards the port.

Your team at the hotell are amazing Please give them a Pay rise So friendly and helpful, Especially at check in and at breakfast.
Central Station and the area around need a lick of paint Need trees and parks like in most European cities.
