It is not like other Makarem hotels.
We booked this hotel based on our previous stay in Makarem Ajyad but even if this is the same hotel chain it does not have same quality. Hotel is quite worn out and furniture and all room ammenities feel a bit old (read 80ties like). On the positive side, food for iftar and sehoor was great and restorant personnel was really helpful.
In one room toilets were a bit smelly. There is no possibility to open window so all the air in the room comes from AC. Since most of the rooms are facing other hotel there is not sunlight in the room.

Nice rooms as usual, comfort.
reception staff is very nice and corporative, amazing breakfast, nice and clear rooms, they gave extra blanket and iron for pressing. very good service. location is very good, you will find cafeteria and supermarket near by.
reservation team is not sitting at hotel which is why difficult to communicate. secondly they are not answering the phone number what is mentioned in booking. com,. reception staff helped me to connect with reservation team and they told me that our working hours are from 9am-9pm so after that no one will answer, which is not benefit for customer who is coming from far and trying to contact them, there could be any emergency, medical emergency, but these people are not reachable via telephone or emails. in Addition there was not shuttle bus from hotel to Haram we have to take taxi.
