Great hotel, great location, felt at home.
The interior and quality of the hotel was very nice. The room had a lot of space and features.
Breakfast was good but it was not with the traditional options.

Lovely moderately priced hotel that was comfortable and welcoming. It was well situated for all sites.
We were upgraded to a larger room which for Paris room sizes was very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming. When we arrived we found a bottle of complementary champagne is an ice bucket with two glasses waiting for us. There was a nespresso machine in the room and a pot to boil water for tea. There was also a little snack to take with us when we started our day. Everyday there was cake and lemonade in the lobby available for you to enjoy. There was also a nice spa area with a jacuzzi and a steam room. The location was perfect. The subway was just around the corner.
While the shower itself was excellent, there was a mild sour smell that permeated the room. They were unable to eliminate it for us.

Beautiful, Exceptional and Wonderful.
The absolute most beautiful boutique place, the staff at all hours of the day and night were warm, funny, helpful, generous, kind and caring. It’s sooooo cool, all the design touches, so lovable and comfortable too. OH the hamman is unreal - the place is inspired. Loved it so much. The area is superb, 3 stops (1 change) from gard du nor. So easy. Can’t wait to go back. Don’t stay anywhere else in Paris! Thank you! Xx 11/10.

Superb service, excellent location.
Extremely helpful staff, we ordered food delivery which was sent to a wrong address and they proactively helped us to communicate with the delivery person. superb service. Excellent idea to have a jacuzzi in the basement, which we very much enjoyed. Super location and clean. Hotel design is very chic.
