Improve room bedding such as good pillows, solution to avoid traffic noise.
overall everything was ok.
Overall it was fine, housekeeping staff very good and welcoming, reception staff was ok, no good quality pillows, disturbance from the traffic even on 15th floor.

Havelock hideout.
The hotel is in great location, close to transport and walk by the river. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.
The wi fi: it was sporadic and often disconnected suddenly.
