Excellent helpful staff with, awesome breakfast with beautiful facilties.
Waiter in the breakfast room was exceptional and went out hof his way to help us with questions etc.

The room was lovely with everything needed.
Breakfast was terrible. We asked for a hot chocolate and we were presented with a glass of warm milk and a sachet of chocolate powder to make ourselves. Obviously as the milk had cooled by the time it was at our table the chocolate powder wouldn’t mix as well as if it had been made immediately but more importantly, it should have been made by staff. We were given an option of “runny, medium or hard poached eggs” and we both asked for medium and all four were hard. We asked for ketchup and mustard and it took far too long to arrive, considering this must be a very common request. The other food was average at best. Hotel seriously let down by breakfast.
