No bathrobe and slippers compared with the price, which are standard amenities that should be in the room.

NEEDS A LOT OF MAINTENANCE.
The room was clean and the staff was very nice and polite.
You can see they haven’t kept up with maintenance in the rooms. The metal balcony handrails was loose and you could move themWith your hands. The concrete sides to the balcony was cracked and falling apart. Most of the draws and storage spaces doors didn’t line up so would have to force them closed. The locking mechanism for the door in the room had been broken and fixed badly so the room could be used. The floor had marks and stains even though it was brushed and mopped everyday. My balcony never got cleaned i would have to do it myself, i had to buy my own ashtray as one wasn’t provided for me. I booked a room with the kitchen as i wanted to cook myself, there wasn’t any pans, plates, bowls, knives, folks to cook with. My cooker wasn’t even turned on.. when i asked why there wasn’t anything to cook with in my room i was told they only provided cooking utensils when people book for 4 weeks+ i was there for 3 weeks… so half of my room was useless to me. The sink tap was lose and i ended up fixing it myself in the end. The towels was ripped and frayed at the ends. no money has been on maintenance spent to keep this hotel in shape!
