The older receptionist instructed the younger receptionist NOT to offer help when I asked for an adapter to charge my phone. Awful experience ! ?

This is a hostel and the downstairs facilities are quite pleasant. I stayed in Feb 2024, the staff was great and in general, everything had a good vibe.
The maintenance was definitely behind, unfortunately. The shower/bath room was okay but it has been well used and there was definite need of maintenance (things broken sort of thing). The mixed dormitory I was in, the main door lock had failed and had a master key inserted so, so much for any security and I actually had to have a staff member open the door for me. My bed cube, the "desk" was well worn and was in a state of disrepair but the major thing was the air conditioning was not functioning and the room was a literal steam bath though there was an industrial type fan circulating the air. The windows were tightly closed and with the door closed, circulation was simply not enough. Other than those problems, it was a good hostel.

Very clean, the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Thailand and the breakfast is okay too. The backyard you need to enter to get to the hostel seams a bit creepy at first, but it’s actually okay.
The aircondition in the room was way to cold for me and at the same time the bathroom was way too hot, at least a fan in the bathroom would be nice.
