Set apart from the main Lodge, the Honeymoon Cottage at Stoneridge overlooks the vineyard with magnificent views of Lake Hayes and the alpine peaks beyond. Inspired by the traditional Southern Miner’s cottage, this residence was created from Otago Schist rock, Welsh slate and recycled timbers. Ornamental hand-forged iron and demolition timber add to the distinctive ambience.

A comfortable stay in a very special place.
Excellent location with spectacular mountain views. Spacious and very comfortable accommodation in an imposing, unique building. Friendly staff, unpretentious and always happy to help. Food of a high standard, especially the lunch after my daughter’s wedding.
We enjoyed it all.

Lovely stay with stunning views.
Stunning scenery, great views from the room, large spacious rooms and comfy bed. Degustation dinner with matched wines was very good.
Brekkie needs to be improved on, first day my omette was cold, second day had the banana bread, seriously I’m not sure where the chef got that recipe but it was awful. Gave my wife a bite and she said it was inedible. Would be great to have a golf cart to take you to and from your room for meals, that hill is seriously steep to walk.

The most perfect place to stay as a couple. The views were absolutely amazing and staff are so lovely. The most magical.
The views from our retreat were speculator. We stayed the night of our wedding and had an amazing time. The facilities were absolutely beautiful and we very much enjoyed the breakfast. Jono was so lovely and always so helpful. Thank you for having us.
