They tried to allocate us earlier than the normal check in time, however the was problems with the room aircorn so we had to wait from 8am to 12pm but i do appreciate that they tried .
My Flight was early in the morning and my check out was at 6h45 and unfortunately I cudnt get my deposit back bcz people who check the rooms only arrive at 7am and they still need to go check if all is well and todate I'm still waiting for it till now the is no communication nothing.

Exceptional
Suncoast Casino and Kings Park stadium is very close and ushaka is walking distance. The rooms are very clean and smell amazing. Staff is very friendly and super accommodating.
The area is not ideal at night. I would not recommend walking outside at night and suggest taking the extra parking as your vehicle stays in the street otherwise.
