TOO MANY EUROPEAN SUNBED AND TABLE HOGGERS.
I had a fantastic reply from the general manager, as I complained that the (mostly) German clientele had laid their towels out on the sunbeds before breakfast and then they intermittantly disappeared for the day, so those who were polite enough not to do so lost out! This situation has hopefully been resolved! Some people also seemed to reserve the best meal tables for their entire stay, so if you wanted to sit at a particular table, for example to avoid the sun, or for the best view, it was permanently reserved. (Probably by the same sun bed grabbing Germans! ). The staff and food were very good. My response from the GM was superb!
The sun bed saga! The table hoggers! Wifi was not particularly good in our room.

Very Good
We enjoyed a stay at this charming hotel, impressed by both the facilities and service. The property features several on-site restaurants. There are two pools in different areas of the hotel, both well-maintained. The excellent staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The room balanced modern amenities with traditional charm. Set on expansive grounds next to the coast, the hotel has a beautifully maintained garden. Despite some nearby coastal areas in Mombasa being less clean, the hotel's own area was secure and well-kept, offering delightful ocean views. The hotel’s rich history is elegantly displayed through old photographs and preserved architecture, adding a deeper appreciation to our stay. Overall, we loved everything about our visit—from the stunning environment to service, all contributing to an unforgettable experience. We recommend for a serene getaway.

Loved staying there!
I loved the seafood restaurant! Its exceptional. I think the staff has tried to help as much as they could. Some of them were more helpful than the others. The receptionist Margaret made me check out pretty late due to the rains so I just want to say thank you!
Some staff members weren't very helpful. I also didnt like the late responses to my messages. It took forever to get an answer from them.

Super clean and beautiful resort, next to a beautiful beach and lots of good content.
This place is super clean, nice pools, nice rooms and beautiful enviroment.
Food was not that great, but okay, all you can eat for breakfast and dinner.
