Exceptional
The receptionists were very helpful with any questions around transport from Puerto Montt. In general we were very happy with our stay. The rooms are cozy and very clean and the building is in a nice state. Everything is functional and the water in the shower is always hot. There is heating in the room for cold days.

Very Good
Nice hotel on the edge of town. Room small but ok. The best breakfast we have had our whole trip. Egg, ham & cheese, fruit, yoghurt and BROWN bread!
