Superb
24/7 security. They helped me a lot, cause there are some beggars around the neighborhood. I felt safe every single day. You also get a welcome drink. The bathroom was great. The shower was cold or it was me who couldn't do it right.
The cleaning stuff didn't clean the room every day. Or at least didn't change the towels or cleaned the floors. It's said they do a laundry service, but that isn't true.

A nice place to discover Rio and both sides of the city: old and new, nice and full of challanges.
A nice place to discover Rio. I enjoyed 2 nights there and the excursion to Ilha Grandi. You can feel welcome and safe in this place, even if the surrounding is not without social tasks. From the rooftop you have a beautiful view and party location and the chance to meet kind people from all over the world. There is an underground very near that brings you to Copacabana and Ipanema very fast and ecofriendly!
Around this area are some homeless people who need more help and social integration.

In overall our stay was very good.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good, our breakfast was not included in the price.
Food and drinks in the lobby bar and the roof top bar were overpriced.

Location is average - rough neighbourhood and all surrounding streets smelled of piss. On site restaurant was a rip off!
