Amazing stay, I would come back again.
We loved our stay, there was everything we expected. The room was clean and spacious, the service was great and the staff were very hospitable and kind. We loved the breakfast and the variety of options. There was private parking underneath the hotel which helped our car stay protected from the sun. I loved the sauna and swimming pool. The location was great, there’s a mosque around the corner and it was close to food places, the airport, train station and the mall also. The has been our third time is Saudi and this has been our best stay overall.
There customers next door that were very loud but I wouldn’t say it’s the hotels fault, I’m sure they would have moved us to a different room if we had complained.

The location was excellent. ....close to Haramain train station & on straight road to Jeddah airport. There are shops closed by to purchase daily essentials.
There isn't anything I could say I disliked about the hotel. We chose this hotel as stop over for one night; I was going to Medina following day and my wife was flying to Kuwait. It met all our needs. Staff were friendly and courteous, shahoor was good although they did run out of few things (inc. bread for toast) and and didn't top up but there was plenty of other food to eat.
