The staff were super helpful, lively clean hotel, very comfortable.
Location and wonderfully clean.
Could do with a few hooks to eg hang up towels.

Excellent hotel and staff, perfect location just opposite Tokyo Station. second time in this hotel.
Laundry room needs an upgrading (more and better quality washing and dryer machines ).

Quiet, convenient and comfortable.
We were travelling by train and using the metro so the location was perfect. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with lots of attention to detail and little extra touches. As always in Japan the staff were friendly courteous and helpful.
