Good Pitstop on way from Pyrenees to Coast.
Perfect location as you come down from the Pyrenees from France. Covered parking useful when temp dropped to -4 at night, though 100 metres from hotel. Room warm and cozy against winter cold. Comfortable beds (twins pushed together). Big bathroom.
Bit unfair as hotel was in effect closed for winter. We called to get let in, but this was smooth and efficient, and we had our own key to the whole hotel! Tiny TV in room. Literally only one bar/restaurant in town though this was, conveniently, 1 minute's walk from hotel.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and willing to help if needed. In total the stay was OK.
When following the route to the hotel with car-navigation it is very hard to find and it sends you through the middle of the very tiny village with small streets. After having found it, it turns out that the parking place is a few hundreds meters away from the hotel and that it can be reached from the other side of the village via a direct route. Lights in the room were very dim, hard to read a book in the evening. Another thing to realize is that there is no restaurant, bar or shop in the village. You always need to travel at least 10 - 15 km's to the next bigger village,.

Although we slept well the disappointment of lack of restaurant etc left us hungry.
Ambiance was good Breakfast was good with choices.
In the twin room only one set it towels English not spoken as listed No restaurant or bar nearest was over 8 km not accessible.

Pleasant place to stay in quiet town- no restaurant/bar when we were there.
Pleasant man who met us, showed us storage area for bikes, room was comfortable, quiet.
Possible language barrier but no information re kitchen and ‘communal areas’ Info we had said the kitchen was available to use and as there was no food available in the town we used the kitchen- on a positive note it was well equipped.
