Great stay for our purposes.
I enjoyed the location and the staff, facilities were excellent for long stay. Water fountain good. Microwave in lobby with vending machines for ready meals, snacks, drinks very good Dehumidifier in room with air purifying machine helped.
No buffet breakfast and spa and pool closed. Bed a bit hard for us. Self-service laundry facility only for long stay guests. Breakfast voucher deal/offer suddenly stopped after a few days with no warning.

Shuttle bus service into Tseun Wan; games room for children to pass time; quiet around the hotel; staff were helpful and polite. Daily housekeeping and refreshing of towels.
Set menu for breakfast which had the same 3 options for a month. When the restaurant was closed there was no where to sit in the hotel like a coffee lounge to eat food and have a drink. No table in rooms to eat food. The carpets in the hallways/corridor and in the bedrooms need replacing. There are stains in most places and the carpet in our room was damp in some areas. Pillows could be firmer.
