A great place to stay and look out over Lake Como but room for improvement.
The location, the helpfulness of Irena on reception, the size of the room and the free shuttle to the station. The breakfast was impressive but see below (in section - what didn’t you like about the property).
The breakfast choice was impressive. Now, whether this was because we went down to breakfast at 10am or not ….. the sausages, bacon, beans, mushrooms and hash brown were almost cold. Not what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. The same for the coffee - tepid. Quite disappointing.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely bar area and outside space - the views of the lake were great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the free shuttle to the train station was very handy!
