Beautiful spot. Very easy access into Assisi via the bus that stops right outside the hotel (ticket can be brought on the bus - cash only). Comfortable rooms and wonderful staff.

Very good hotel, price and location, but too noisely for a proper sleeping.
The location of the hotel helps a lot if you are travelling to visit the main tourist attractions. The price and free parking place also are good points to bear in mind.
We stayed at the ground floor, and the room was not sound isolated: we could hear what was going on in the corridor, in the next rooms and, also, in the events/meetings rooms nearby, with people moving several chairs early in the day, around 07:30 on a Sunday. Therefore, impossible to sleep properly. The size of the room was a little bit smaller than we expected. It was always hard to get a table for breakfast, as there were too many group of tourists on that hotel when we were there.
