hotel regina was very very good and would recommend / repeat it myself.
- staff was welcoming, friendly and very accomodating. - spacious room, we requested 3 beds and everything was in order when we arrived. - breakfast with an amazing selection of cold and warm food, fruits and pastries. - the lobby and the room smelled amazing.
Internal "patio" is not a real patio in the traditional sense. I would change the description of the room to reflect that. It did provide enough light into the room and bathroom though. Another minor suggestion: it would be an improvement if the breakfast room could be slightly rearranged to have more tables by the windows to allow more guests to enjoy the street view while having breakfast.

Hotel Regina was central to us having a fabulous stay in Madrid.
The completely outstanding delightful staff who are so welcoming and helpful. They give off an energy of pleasure in their work and could not be more helpful and responsive to customers. The Regina is immaculate; breakfast caters for all tastes and cultures with delicious fresh foods.
