Great hotel, staff and room. Awesome location !
This is my 4th visit to this hotel and once again it did not disappoint. It has great rooms, fantastic location, lovely restaurant with food you can order to take to your room, a 24 hour reception and always ready to help out. We arrived early and were moved to a room which was ready rather than made to wait ! I will be coming back :).
Nothing really. The room was a little smaller than what i am used to here, but no complaints :).

Good hotel and good location in Auckland. Clean and comfortable hotel for short stay. Good breakfast included and we enjoyed it.

- Service by Reception staff (No smiles, no engagement, robotic, unwelcoming) - Property/Room maintenance (No bathroom fan/exhaust, Dressing drawer broken).
