Superb
Beautiful and modern room, designed very well. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was the highlight with an amazing shower and products.
Room service menu options are quite limited.

Location, breakfast.
Lack of privacy - the room was on the parking (level 7) and we had to keep our curtains closed. The lake view wasn't good because of the parking and the other hotel. Wifi was terrible - the connection been freezing and dying every 10-15 minutes. The room service was very strange - I tried to call "feed me" service twice with no luck. Probably because of their working hours, I called at 9pm and 5pm.

Breathtaking views, very stylish, clean & spacious with lovely staff in the perfect location.
What a view! Yes, the room was very spacious with a fabulous big bathroom (including bath and shows and his & hers sinks) and loads of storage space, but the view was just spectacular looking out onto the water the mountains. The small balcony was a joy to take it all in, tho the hotel also provided seating inside the large patio windows in the room. The bed was super comfy, the staff very welcoming, the whole place was very modern and clean and the location couldn't be beat - a 5 minute stroll from the bustling tourist town meant we had convenience but also quietness at night. The bar was very stylish also.
I never used the (small) pool as it didn't look very welcoming, and I saw no-one else using it in the 4 days I was there as it was tucked away in what looked like a shaded area. Also when the bar says it's open '2pm until late', we discovered one evening that they mean 9:30pm as late!
