Good location, surrounded with delicious foods nearby. Pan pacific service suites is our go to hotel everytime we visit.
Felt like home. The place was so cozy that we got too comfortable.
Probably the king size beds. I could tell they joined 2 double beds together that the centre was sinking in. Overall the beds were comfortable though.

Disappointing serviced suites, well located.
Location - The room was good sized, nicely designed and well equipped. . - It was my wife's birthday and they put a cake in the room with a personalized message.
The breakfast room and facilities were too small and overrun with clients at all times, bread was dry and choice was limited. Several clients just filled up their bags with food to take with them, and left the bowls empty on the buffet. . - Housekeeping of the room is to be improved seriously: bed linen was not changed for our whole 4 days / 3 nights stay, hand soap was not supplied for two days, stains that were made on the first day, for example glass rings on table and toothpaste on bathroom sink, were still there upon checkout on the 4th day. . - There is a coffee machine in the room, but you only get a few complementary capsules, extras are charged SGD 1,50 for every capsule. -No restaurant in-house, so no room service available after 10pm. - swimming pool only 1m deep. . - very limited seating around the pool. . - since they required prepayment through booking. com, they didn't give me an invoice, even when asked for, upon checkout.

Specious serviced apartment in a great location.
Room was super spacious and modern. The rooftop pool had a lovely outlook and was often quiet. The breakfast did fill up quickly and had limited options and was unavailable on the public holiday and the Sunday which wasn't ideal but I did like the fresh omelet's and croissants. Overall the staff were friendly and the location was great and I found myself at all my destinations within a 10 minute drive. There is also plenty of casual restaurants a short walk away from the hotel and a 7/11 across from the lobby.
There was a few areas of the room that had dust and it could of been maintained slightly better. Found the smell of the Balmain body wash was not pleasant.
