A Great stay! !! Don't trust the 1.7 review on Booking !
A great place to stay on Havelock Island if you are on a budget and you don't expect to be in a luxury place. I'm a heavy traveller and sometimes I spend a couple of months traveling. Normally I never write reviews coz I stay in too many hotels ? but this time I decided to share my honest experience. I was trying to book a room on Havelock Island and I found this property which was literally the cheapest on Booking. The reviews score was 1.7 which scared me but I decided to book 1 night and see how bad is it. We arrived at the place but concerned coz we were expecting it to be very bad but it's actually a great place. It's completely different than the pictures it's a small bungalows with lots of plants around and in the best, best part of the island. The rooms are not luxury but they have a comfy bed, AC, a fan , good bathroom and a TV ..everything u need. It's not a luxury place but for the cheapest place on the island it's actually amazing. I recomend it to other travelers we met on the island and they stayed here and really like it too. And the best thing here is the guy working at the reception - Navin and his mother. They were the kindest people ive me on my 3 months trip in India. They were sooo welcoming and helpful that made my stay on the island amazing. They really took good care of us and made us feel like home. So in a nutshell if u r not looking for 5 star fancy hotel I can highly recommend this place. Cozy AC rooms, the best location and literally the most amazing hosts you can have. Thank you Navin! ? Will be back soon!
