Perfect for a couple weekend.
Comfortable room Nice design Very quiet place Spa center was amazing.
We didn't have much of a view from the window - literally just a wall, but nothing too important.

Not worth the money we payed.
The lobby really looks nice. The room was nice and cosy. Breakfast was good. The outside pool is nice at good temperature.
Shower was equipped with a curtain and the floor was spotted. The chairs in the breakfast room are completely worned out, they look miserable. One of the inside pool has metal piece with rust. We went to the spa at first hour, the saunas weren't working or weren't hot, the hammam was just lukwarm, it was not worth staying.

Amazing spa hotel.
The spa facilities were absolutely out of this world especially the outdoor pool! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice loads of choices of food and drink.
Not their fault but the satnav took us up the road above the hotel and after a long day of travelling it wasn’t clear and easy to navigate to where we needed to be. The reception and parking weren’t well sign posted either.

Bad experience.
- Nice location - Nice Spa.
- Terrible pillows, my wife and I had a very bad night because of this. . - Bedroom terrasse (on the 5th floor) giving on an outside corridor where people come and go. So unless you keep the blinds closed, your room is fully exposed. Very unpleasant. . - Bad commercial team: we wanted to use the spa for a short while after check out to relax before a long road ahead. They refused unless we paid an additional 60 chf... This is litterally the first time this happens to us, all hotels we have been to systematically let us use the spa after check out as commercial gesture. . - Breakfast just average - Expensive parking: chf25 a night - Overall too expensive for what it is (close to chf300 a night). + Kids going around the hotel throwing water bomb at people in the outdoor swimming pool. We had to tell the staff three times before they acted on it.

Great hotel for skiing.
The spa is great and the rooms are very cozy and spacious.
The parking was very expensive.
