Amazing View with amazing staff.
Amazing stay, view is better than how it looks on the pictures (probably the best view I ever seen from a hotel). Staff is friendly and helpful. They have scooter rental on spot (not overpriced) which is handy as the hotel is in a quiet spot.

Each staff member is a paragon of professionalism, attending to every whim with grace and alacrity. As for the gastronomic delights, prepare to be tantalized and delighted by a culinary symphony orchestrated by masterful hands. The food, my darlings, is nothing short of divine, a melange of flavors that dance upon the palate like a chorus of angels. Very pleasant stay, high value of price.
The hotel locates at a very quiet area surrounding by some hills and with a bit of sea view. It is built quite recent hence all the facilities are quite nice. Room is big and clean. Staffs are really nice and helpful. We tried the Balinese Spa which is super relaxing and strongly recommended. If you like a quiet area instead of city life, here is a very good place to stay. It is 20-min drive to Virgin beach. And also can go to Mount Agung, Mount Batur and other sightseeing.
The food is good. It will be even better if there are more options.

Staff were amazing; so helpful and happy to be working there! Great massage and spa facilities. Lovely pool and view.
Food was good, but menu a little limited if you are eating at the resort 3 times a day! More vegan options would be good.

Beautiful pool and rooms, but pricy and pity breakfast was not included in (relatively) high price.
Rooms were nice.
Breakfast wasn’t included even though the price was quite high for the rooms, and then meals were quite pricy for what you get.
