Great location, clean rooms, but not the best service.
Perfect location for downtown Cairo, a lot of things to do at walking distance. The room was big and clean. Friendly staff.
They charged us more than the original price when we arrived. They said it was taxes but still is a little sketchy they don't mention it beforehand, so make sure to ask what would be your final price since they don't allow to pay in advance on booking. The first day, they didn't clean the room at all. The second day, we had to ask them twice to do it, and then they didn't leave any towels in the rooms, and I had to ask for them 3 times until a couple hour later we got the towels. They say the breakfast is at 9 am, which is really late if you want to go out early, so we missed it our whole stay, but the last day we left at 8:30 and there was people having breakfast so again misinformation.
