It is okay place to stay at the very centre of Kyiv. But it is not a hotel. It is more just a room.
Location is perfect, room was pretty okay. There some useful things inside - the cattle, the space for eating. In the place it was usually clean. Inside the room it was your responcibility for keeping it clean. There is no any service.
The communication with the staff was not always pleasent. The check in was long and not easy. There is a deposit and the hotel needs to communicate about it better.

Good location.
I did not like that the rooms are half under the ground, it was too dark in the room and I the air was not fresh. The walls of the rooms are very thin, so whatever your neighbour is up to, you do hear it well.
