The owner, Paul, was a fantastic fella! He was so kind and co-operative! He served us a great breakfast and we talked about football! Big fan of Middlesbrough!

Very cosy guest house and friendly host! It's a great location, only around 20-30 minutes walk to the city centre, not far away from the river where you also can have nice, relaxing walk in the nature. Absolutely loved our stay ❤️.
