Clean, friendly and good location.
Very clean, staff friendly and good location for the slopes.
Took ages on morning of check out for valet to collect car and bags (not their fault, just not enough staff). Room was not ready until 3:30 (I know check in is at 4, but we told them we would arrive at 1pm and we did walk around etc. most frustrating was our luggage was left on a cart in reception, not even in the secure room, during this time.
