Very Good
Everything, we had a great stay and I would happily recommend it :) . Excellent location for everywhere, we were visiting Concordia and Miguel universities and it was perfect for this. Except little point below regarding flat 105... great except 1 little point, didnt ruin our holiday or stay one little bit. Next time will ask for a flat on higher floor.
Not being able to open the curtains due to privacy, easily accessible from external staircase, upper apts would be better for this problem.

Comfortable studio with kitchen facilities that is central.
Ease of checking in to get keys. It was all done on email and you only needed a set of number to enter the building and rooms. I like there was a small kitchen with oven and microwave.
There was no reception area and no receptionist. You can’t just walk to the front desk to ask for a spare towel. Everything from checking in and getting the key codes to access the rooms are self managed. No secure place to store luggages.

Aside from the strangeness of the bathroom layout, I would totally stay here again.
Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Great location, beautiful modern room and I love the fact that they don’t use keys. The building is very quiet. They also found me a space to store my luggage when I checked out.
I don’t understand the layout of the bathroom. Who thought it was a good idea to have the large bathroom window DIRECTLY FACE THE SHOWER? There is no privacy screen or blinds. The large bathroom window also faces the neighbouring apartments, so you can have a fantastic view of your neighbour’s patio while you shower. As soon as I checked in, I asked the host to put up a cover and they stuck some plastic film to the window, which did the job. I really hope they install a permanent fixture to the bathroom window, because unless you’re an exhibitionist, you won’t feel comfortable showering or using the toilet. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, because even if the host doesn’t install a permanent window covering in the bathroom, it’s something they can easily fix with a temporary cover upon arrival. And other than that, the hotel was pretty much perfect.
