Location and breakfast.
There was no one at reception to help us take our bags to the car.

The location of the hotel was good, but the quality of the rooms could've been better.
The location of the hotel was perfect, it was right in town and we were close to a lot of of the shops, restraunts and the markets etc. Our dinner at the hotel was really good and the happy hour drinks were the best priced we found in Apia.
The cleanliness of the bathroom could've been better. There was some mould build up on the shower. The towels were also very small. Furthermore, the tv did not have chrome and the settings were in Japanese on the TV. When we called reception for assistance in setting up the chrome they advised that it was not working. Therefore we could not watch tv or netflix the entirerity of our stay which was something we really looked forward to. Lastly, the breakfast variety wasn't too large. We came to breakfast on one day with 30 minutes until breakfast ended (which we thought was plenty of time), we saw that there was fruit jars being served by a man had taken the last one. My partner then asked the lady if we could get some more and she advised that because breakfast was ending soon they will not refill the fruit. This was very dissapointing considering breakfast wouldn't end for another 30 minutes and we paid to stay at this hotel to enjoy the breakfast. In this case, breakfast should be served at it's full capacity until the very end of the scheduled time. The breakfast selection was also very small and the hot food was normally cold by the time we ate.
