Highly recommend!
The place was exceptionally clean! The owner/staff is very friendly and replied very promptly. There are actually 3 toilets in total with one (very small but still can do the job!). at the back of the kitchen. The place is also very convenient; there's a door at the lobby that can link straight to KSL mall. Would highly recommend!
Some of the aircon remote controls were not functional. The one in the living room had no battery.

Everything was great! Owner was prompt and very responsive in communications. Check-in instructions were detailed and clear. Check-in was smooth and easy. With 3 access cards and 2 parking labels, it was convenient for everyone. The apartment was big and clean; and has a nice balcony to enjoy the great view from (personally, it met and exceeded expectations from photos). Towels, disposal toothbrushes, blankets, slippers were more than enough. The appliances were all clean and in great working order. There's a filtered water tap. Having a private lift was definitely a plus point. It was so convenient going to the shopping mall from the apartment. There are also many places to get food within walking distance or is a short grab car distance away. Double thumbs up!
The rain shower in the common toilet was nice but maybe having a handheld shower head too would be more convenient.
