Was very impressed and happy with the hotel.
Had an amazing stay at Kon Tiki . Had previously read comments so knew to take face cloths and ear plugs. Although a nightclub next door and a roof top bar could not hear any noise .Staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful with booking taxis . They all had reasonable English which was fantastic as we didn’t speak any french. Stayed in a studio with two single beds and a pull out couch all very comfortable and the most amazing shower. Was very central to shops and restaurants and across the road from the ferry terminal.
The patrons who come into the hotel to go to the rooftop bar but not staying should give priority to paying guests , otherwise often a long wait for the elevator to get to your room. And no pool.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop bar with views.
Clean and comfortable. Great roof top bar - use happy hour to get value for money. Fantastic location if you want to catch the ferry to Moorea. Easy walk to pick up the rental car to drive around the island. Close to many cafes, bars, supermarkets and the central markets.
Although it was minimal, we could hear the music from the night club next door - most nights until 2am and then 3am on Friday night.

Hotel design for surfers ?. ♂️.
? Hotel design for surfers. Very spacious room with a cozy atmosphere. Everything you need is available, including a coffee machine ☕. The bathroom features a shower and excellent toiletries ?. ? Convenient location near the port. ? The hotel has a rooftop cocktail bar, and underneath it, there's a restaurant with great craft beer ?. ? The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. There's a cozy café downstairs with delicious pastries and aromatic coffee ☕.
❌ The elevators are slow and stuffy (no ventilation). Additionally, two huge cockroaches were spotted ?. There's also a slight leakage from the shower into the middle of the bathroom ?.

A great stop-over on our trip around French Polynesia.
High standard of accomodation, directly across the road from the ferry and just down from all the local markets.
We specifically took time to communicate with the staff prior to our arrival - particularly since our arrival was late (10pm at night) - and we asked about meal options. We were informed the hotel’s restaurants would be closed but roulette trucks would be open. This wasn’t the case; in fact, as we were informed by the night check in clerk, the trucks were all finished by 10pm. So we arrived somewhat hungry. I would also like to suggest that more than 1L of water is provided for guests who arrive late on an international flight - no shops are open so we cannot purchase our own. For a couple, 2 glasses of water (500 ML each) overnight is not sufficient to rehydrate after a long flight.
