The hotel.
No staff at the bar at the swimming pool, I was offered a free taxi to the airport which they said they didn't have one the day i was leaving I waited a hour for a iron to be delivered to my room.

The breakfast and rooftop were very good. The room was clean and organised, worth of money.
For early check-in, they asked for an additional 150k IDR even when the room was available.

Fabulous rooftop swimming pool.
The swimming pool on the roof was lovely . The shower was strong .
My bed was far too hard . The lobby was so humid and hot that it wasn't possible to stay there long . The restaurant was attached to the lobby and impossible to eat in. There were no hooks in the room or anywhere to dry towels . The free meal was from a set menu not the usual one . We had it delivered to the room as the restaurant was too hot to eat in. I had a spa treatment and although the prices reflected a high end spa sadly this was not the case. It was shabby and sparse and I had to remind the masseuse about the package I had booked as she missed stuff out .
