excellent location right next to the historic monuments. quite varied breakfast.
bypassers strolling the main park path or sitting on a bench there could directly look into the 1st-floor rooms - hence one has to keep the curtains closed all the time, hence no natural light possible - and the room lightening is not very thought out either, rendering the room quite dark. In contrast, the ridge has a see-through door and a light inside, so it lights the room at night when one wants to have it dark to sleep. AC was very noisy when turned on. Even when seemingly turned off as well as the heating batteries, somehow the room air was very dry (dryer than outside: maybe AC from other rooms coming in?). Dark spots in the sink. Difficult to close the windows, one did not close properly. Water in the shower took a very long time to get warm - mostly it was tepid and only turned warm when I was already done with showering and washing my hair. ..

The location is excellent! The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable.
It was a little expensive for what you get. The breakfast was not amazing.

Location and fast laundry service.
This is not a 4 stars hotel. But a basic one for one night stay. It is not easy to run a hotel with no English speakers. The breakfast was OK, but needs much improvement. I would rate as maximum 3 stars.

Will stay again.
The manager at the reception was very helpful and competent. He gave us good suggestion for a local restaurant “Keycap” that we have enjoyed very much. We loved our stay being close to the mausoleum Ahmed Yasawi and rooms have view of the site.
