Very Good
Easy to get into the city using the metro, which is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Modern hotel, ideal for a city trip or when visiting the foorball Arena or Ziggo Dome.
Shower is operated by touch buttons, which were worn or faulty. It was a chore to get the shower to switch on or off and to control the temperature. It looked great but didn't work. .. Safe didn’t work. Very noisy place when people leave one of the events venues. One day, loud music was being played early in the morning on the square outside. Would have expected someone from the hotel to go and talk to whoever was doing this but went on for hours.

Great hotel especially for concert goers!
The room was far larger than I expected. It was nicely decorated and was the perfect place to stay for the concert we attended.
The staff were largely disinterested. I can't say they were not friendly but I didn't feel particularly welcomed.

Lovely stay, would recommend!
Lovely hotel, staff was super friendly, everything was very clean and beds were incredible comfortable. Very quiet too. We forgot tooth paste and the staff at the front desk gave us little toothbrush + tooth paste kits for free which was very nice. Breakfast was great as well and there is even a cook who can make you a custom omelet! In my opinion it’s still expensive, but compared to other Amsterdam hotels closer to the city centre, it’s a steal. Overall had a great stay here and would highly recommend! We did not try the restaurant or bar but can only assume those are also in line with the rest of the hotel.
It’s not the best area but it’s also not the worst. The metro is a 5 minute walk and is a bit scary at night but then it’s just an 18 minute metro trip to the central station, so really not too bad at all.
