We checked in very late. The owner personally let us in and helped with the luggages.
Awesome breakfast, courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially belma and ilahe. Clean.

I have never seen a hotel on Booking. com only getting 10 stars. I think the lowest was 9 stars and that was one or two. Having stayed at Ephesus hotel and art gallery I can understand why people rate this property so highly. It is such a great experience. Lovely hotel set in a quiet neighbourhood. Very tastefully decorated rooms and a lovely courtyard to have breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic and so varied. But what really sets this hotel apart is the excellent customer service. Nurcan and her team were incredibly kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. You can see that they really care that you have a fantastic experience. Nurcan went above and beyond and even dropped me off at Ephesus. And Ilhme (hope i have the name right) was so lovely - we ended up having a couple of conversations, went for a drink and even went with me to get my bus to Izmir airport. I can honestly say that staying at Ephesus hotel and art gallery was such an amazing. I only stayed for 3 nights but wish I could have stayed longer. Also Selcuk is such a great place to stay - lots to do in the town and beyond. I ate at Amazon restaurant which was just next door two nights running - the food was excellent. Thanks for making my holiday so memorable.

Hotel staff are truly amazing, unbelievably kind, and remarkably caring about your comfort!
The hospitality that the staff provided was some of the best I've ever experienced. They worked tirelessly to make sure our needs were met including preparing our breakfast earlier, helping us with navigation, walking us to the bus depot, and ensuring our stay was truly comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Selcuk/Ephesus! !

The staff are probably to most attentive and friendly I have ever met.
Breakfast was amazing, most of it is homemade, and you get to try a lot of different dishes. All are wonderful, the coffee is really good. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and the bathroom has hot running water. The location is perfect, walking distance to the temple of Artemis, the basilica, the castle and the mosque. There are nice bars and restaurants close by.
