Good but would try some new property.
Nice and clean in quite location and tram easily accessible to Edinburgh.
The fact it is a communal place for T and coffee facilities , and the pillow was poor quality.

Convenient and reasonably priced stay for our final night in Scotland.
The room is very compact but well laid out and clean. A good place to stay before flying out from Edinburgh airport the following morning. Especially for the reasonable price. It was easily accessed by tram from downtown Edinburgh and to the airport. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the tram stop.
If on a budget, I wouldn’t recommend this as a base place to stay while visiting Edinburgh as the cost of the tram rides would take up any savings.

Good for the cost.
Everything was good and only stayed one night which was close to the airport and links straight to city.
Toilet door wasn’t a proper door and didn’t shut and was very inadequate for a hotel room.
