Close to termini and bus stops. Quite hotel.
We were generally satisfied with the hotel. It was clean and close to Termini station. Also, it was on the street just above the main road where buses pass. All hotel and reception staff were quite friendly and helpful. However, on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, around noon when we were leaving the hotel, the receptionist was not friendly at all. He always gave us curt answers and didn't even say something like "see you again, have a good trip" when we were leaving. He preferred to focus on his work in front of him without even looking at our face. While everything was nice in terms of customer satisfaction, encountering such an unfriendly farewell was unpleasant for us. We will look for a more friendly hotel for our next trip. This is to inform the hotel management.

Good location! Walking distance to main shopping streets.
Hard to carry check-in luggages to front-counter reception due to no facility / ramps for disable or senior travellers.
