Superb
The best location in Bergamo. You cannot miss a dinner at the Rooftop Restaurant, one of the best dinners we had during our stay in Italy and definitely the best wine pairing during that trip. Good breakfast, with many options to choose from. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bathrobes.
The rooms looked a little bit outdated in terms of style but I understood the hotel is going through a refurbishment phase so, I suppose, in the near future everything will be changed.

The hotel is very well located and comfortable, but needs to work on its customer experience.
Location excellent. Proximity to public transport excellent. Large and comfortable room. Breakfast options very good.
A bit soulless. No informal eating options. Staff were offhand and not engaging.

Relaxing romantic weekend, great location to explore Bergamo.
Romantic room with beautiful view of the Citte Alta. Woke to the soft sound of church bells. Within walking distance of shops and sights.
Price was high compared to previous stays at same hotel.
