Perfect view, big room, nice hotel. But terrible bathroom and lots of homeless people in the area!
When checking in, we could upgrade our room for a higher level and better view. We did not regret that. The view from our big hotel rooms was superb! The room was large and so was the bed. The hotel lobbey is big, has a nice bar and shop to buy small groceries, food, drinks etc.
The bathroom was terrible, not worthy of the Hilton name in my opinion. It was broken, the water from the shower splashes all over the toilet and rest of the bathroom. You have to stand in a small tub to take yor shower. There is no anti-slip mat or anything to get a grip. The most annoying was the wet floor each time. The park near the hotel is full with homeless people and drugs users. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but good to know and to be aware of. We walked just a few minutes from the hotel to get a nice walk, but in the park we kept being yelled at if we have money for them. It did not feel safe walking around the hotel area. Again, insinde the hotel this probem is not.

The stay was mediocre. For a 4 star hotel, it was not what you would expect.
The hotel was pretty clean.
The staff was very unfriendly and rude. The sheets were scratchy. We were supposed to get a king size bed, and we received 2 doubles. We booked over a month in advance, and when we booked this was available. There was also a lot of loud traffic and people screaming all night. Parking was $35 a night.
