The peace and quiet of the location, nice eateries on the outer street, great customer service and excellent staff who were quite helpful in sorting out my transportation challenges and some issues I had with non functional equipment in the room, currency exchange rate, etc. Overall they should improve on their services, meals and facilities, but it's a relatively nice place to relax and enjoy your vacation and the airport region, Ivato.
I wasn't given a WiFi access code, there was no fridge in my room but a replacement was later brought. The television was not optimally functional, no Netflix or other streaming channels, YouTube wasn't working effectively, so I was actually left bored without television or WiFi connectivity. The complimentary breakfast looked good but was actually terrible. Tea was served without milk, the bread roll was spoilt with fungi moulds on it and no apology tendered upon my complaint, the fruit salad tasted like overstayed fruits. Also the jacuzzi tub had not been cleaned for a while as it had brown sandy stains at the base of the tub, also saw a big cockroach walking the corridor of the rooms. Lots of flies in the reception area in the morning of my departure.

Good value for money I enjoyed staying there for the second time this year.
The rooms are nice and spacious, clean and comfortable.
The kitchen/dining area feels a bit claustrophobic. It would be perfect if they have an outdoors or at least more spacious dining area. My shower was cold, no hot water.
