Location, golf course.
Staff not particularly pleasant Breakfast sub par. Definitely feels more like a 3 star hotel considering the food and service.

Fantastic facilities, communication was not great.
Clean, big room, facilities and breakfast were good!
Most staff did not have little to no English (booking. com says all staff have English and Vietnamese). We had to use google translate everyday. Also the minimart was closed before the allocated time and I asked reception and they just said oh it’s closed, and it was not closing time. They just didn’t want to open it for us. It was rude.

It was ok as the main purpose was to play Golf, I just expected more.
Location to the golf course was the main reason we stayed there.
When we arrived we could only have a sandwich for food - there was nothing else available. Quite strange for a place your size. We came from a trip from Hanoi and wanted to eat something - then the service was super slow - took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches although we were the only guest at the time.
